By Placing an Order for a specialty product, we require a non-refundable deposit for Blue Moon Gypsy to contact you to discuss your personalized order needs. Please allow 30 days to source, build, and deliver customer items that include macramé and monogrammed or named pieces. (bigger macramé pieces may take a little longer than 30 days).
Due to the nature of customization delivery charge will be invoiced upon completion of the order.
