Shipping policy

We offer FREE STANDARD 3-7 DAY SHIPPING! We select the most expeditious standard delivery carrier or Distributors who agree to the same standards. Products on this website can ship from a variety of Distributors, Artists, and Locations, which means you may have packages coming from 2 different locations, or are imported. Our shipping & packing costs are included in the price of the products so that we can negotiate the best rates on your behalf. 

Products ship from a variety of locations and through multiple carriers. Tracking information will be provided when available, some distributors are better than others.  All items shipped from Blue Moon Gypsy will receive tracking information within 1-3 days, we ship Monday-Friday. Your package will be insured. You will be contacted if there is a delay in your shipment.

Blue Moon Gypsy does not guarantee delivery dates or times unless you have pre-arranged to have something shipped expedited from our location, and you will be charged the Carrier Rate. We do not offer guaranteed delivery on Standard Delivery Shipments, they are considered late or lost based on the Carrier Terms. Please contact us if you have a problem with your shipment.
